Description

Location: Maryland

This beautiful Maryland house was a huge project that required renovation across various areas around the home.

The enormousness of this project did not scare us off. Instead, we knuckled down and produced a sleek looking home that pleased our client. With various tasks needing refurbishment, we granulated the project in different sections.

We decided to start from the outside, and then work our way in. The first task was to replace the deteriorating roof to carefully accommodate the new-look fascia and soffit boards to the roofline. The refurbishment of the client’s existing rafters punctuated the overall makeover of the roof.

With the outdoor refurbishments done, it was time to work on the interior spaces. The newly-installed walnut fixtures stood out as they encompassed the kitchen. It married well with the cream table tops as we boxed the kitchen, hiding any exposed pipes.

We breathed new life into the client’s staircase, with our bespoke craftsmanship. The new-look staircase also accompanied the refurbished flooring joists that were on the precipice of rotting.

The interior spaces were allowed to shimmer with the dressing of new windows. We installed new Timber Sash Windows, crafted from the highest quality of sustain warmth and energy within the home. The final leg of this Maryland refurbishment was to replace both internal and external walls to give them a sense of belonging. The final touches were given to the removal of any dry rot that was taking away from this mesmerising home.
